Biography

Helena Dowling is a British Actress of Jamaican/ English decent. She grew up in the Midlands and moved to London to train as an Actor, Dancer and Singer. She will be appearing in Disney's Cruella in 2021. Known for BBC's Doctors and Channel 4's Totally Frank where she played lead Flo. As well as her screen work, she has also starred in plays and Musicals in the UK and Germany and many stadium shows globally.
